Sup my pals, and WELCOME to Gallz Provisions Microbakery. It was about time we got ourselves a website. 1.5 years later, AND here we are. 

 

Little did I know that when I started making cakes for my friends and family as a hobby that it would turn into a A FULL TIME THANG. 

 

Gallz Provisions is a microbakery based in Toronto, Canada that specializes in layer cakes that highlight seasonal produce and flavours. I believe in using products that are in season and at their best, so YA you won’t be finding a strawberry shortcake on my December menu… but you WILL FIND gingerbread, spiced apple, PARSNIP ETC. YOU GET THE VIBE. 

 

No two cakes are EVER the same. Each cake is decorated with fresh flowers and fruit based on how I am feeeeeeling. SO to be honest I never have a plan before decorating a cake, the blank cake is my canvas lol. I know that seems crazy but trust me, it’s HOW I DO MY BEST WORK.

 

IT'S BEEN SO SURREAL to be part of all of your celebrations, big moments, and time spent with YO' people. 

 

AND like I always say there doesn’t have to be a SPECIAL CELEBRATION to order a cake. Order a cake whenever, why ever, for whoever or just get a cake for YO DAMN SELF. NO JUDGEMENTS here.
