What began in a tiny Toronto kitchen has evolved into a studio practice that blends food, art, and storytelling. It's more than culinary work - it's a perspective, and an ever-expanding body of experimentation shaped by curiosity and ambition!!

My work begins with an idea-often a reference, a season, or a colour story—and evolves through a lens of visual storytelling that balances intuition with intention. I draw inspiration from what's in season, collaborate closely with partners like Blue Goose Florals, and translate these elements into work that feels expressive, considered, and deliberately indulgent.

Outside of the studio, my rituals are simple: sparkling water on repeat, an unreasonable number of black coffees, and a standing order of steak tartare whenever it appears on a menu. You'll often find me cycling through High Park, observing, collecting references, convincing myself it's all research.
